Those advocating higher speed limits should have an aggravating factor against them if as a result of speeding and or just fast driving even within legal limits, approved upon his suggestion, if he got involved in an accident. Other peoples' reflexes must be taken into account.

Other peoples' slower reaction is just as important as his ability to drive fast ... spare a thot for them, let them have a chance to react, not depend solely and only on the fast or speedy to consider their safety ...
